Challenge

Many students and women who are heads of households do not have access to adequate English education in El Salvador. Many young individuals are eager to continue their education. The same is true of women who are heads of households and the primary breadwinners for their families. Neither group has access to a professional English course and are unable to qualify for work in Call Centers .Without access to education, they continue to take menial jobs and the situation keeps them in poverty.

Solution

Our program targets two groups: young people and women heads of households who are eager to improve their job prospects. By mastering English, they will have access to a wider range of educational and professional opportunities, both locally and internationally. By providing them with necessary language skills, we can help them secure stable and better-paying jobs, thereby improving their families' economic stability and overall well-being.
