Summary
NOW MORE THAN EVER MARIA AND HER CHILDREN NEED OUR HELP! Maria, a woman with strong determination and a beautiful heart, has raised 100s of deprived children, pre-schooled and provided lunch for toddlers left alone while their parents looked for work, and established a school for area kids. She has done this within the space of her home that was recently DESTROYED. It has been torn down and she and the children now LIVE IN TIN STORAGE CONTAINERS . They desperately NEED A SAFE, SECURE HOME!
Challenge
After Maria's home/orphanage was damaged in the earthquake, we tried to rebuild. Unfortunately, the damage was too extensive and her home had to be demolished. Maria and the children are currently LIVING IN A TIN STORAGE CONTAINER. MARIA NEEDS FUNDS to build a PROPER HOME for the children to live and learn in! YOU can help her HELP THE CHILDREN! They have already suffered and survived sexual abuse, trafficking, hunger, and physical violence. YOUR DONATION CAN HELP THEM FEEL SAFE AGAIN.
Solution
Your donations will go directly towards creating a SAFE, COMFORTABLE HOME for the children to feel secure in. Maria currently provides food and shelter for 34 children PLUS her own family. Your donations will help give them a loving environment so they can survive, learn, grow, and even thrive!
