"I'd like to thank you for your interest in the Airline Ambassador trip to the Philippines. We are all ready to go back and a few newcomers will be joining us. It's taken a while to get everything ready for this trip. We will be enjoying time with the kids from Shepherd of the Hills, Abatex and the Dawo family.

We will visit Abatex where we help over 75 families. During this time we will stay at the Elan hotel Greenhills. The first day will be a fun day at a pool with lunch and lots of activities for the children. The second day will be our medical/dental mission. Dr. Meg will be there helping all the children with her dental team, there will be medical staff volunteering also.

Shepherd of the Hills has planned a wonderful itinerary for us as they are coming to Manila for a few days. We will all be staying together at a place (condo/hotel) where they have arranged for us. I have attached the itinerary from Soth so you can see what our days will consist of. The Dawo family consists of 9 children whose mother passed away after the youngest child was born. They are part of the sponsorship program with AAI. They joined us last year at the beach and we would like to include them again this year.

Arrive by November 27 (I'm planning on being there a day or 2 early)

If we are finished this day you can fly home because some flights are at night.

The only plan that is not 100% is with the Dawo family, I've invited them to join us for the pool party with Abatex or have a special day on December 3 with us. If they join us they will arrive on the 2nd for dinner. I'm waiting to see when they can come to Manila. I should know soon.

I think we will have 8-10 people join the trip. The cost of the trip includes everything except our hotel stay. I usually donate any extra money from our trip to them as a gift.

We will be responsible for making our own reservation at Elan Greenhills (I've been in contact with the hotel and I hope to talk to the manager on Monday). She might offer us a special rate but it's still a good rate online. Elan Greenhills dates are November 27-30 maybe December 2-4

I'll just need to know if you prefer a single room (an added expense) while we are with Soth, it's a 2 room apartment. 1 bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. That's the information I received. I'll let you know how and when to pay later.
